Who We Are
Modish Dwellings was founded in 2014 by owners Aimee Smith and Stella Bemister. Aimee attended the Art Institute in Ft Lauderdale and Stella has an extensive background in new construction and Real Estate.
Aimee and Stella saw the need for home staging in the Southern New Hampshire area and decided to take their creative design skills and real estate knowledge to start Modish Dwellings.
They have transformed numerous homes throughout the New England area, making each home perfectly ready for the real estate market.
They are both visually creative, knowledgeable in the current real estate trends, and they have a natural eye for visualizing the potential of a space and how it should look for the Real Estate photos. This natural skill of creating welcoming homes is key in knowing how to appeal to your target market of buyers. Their main goal is to have a prospective buyer walk through and experience the home, seeing themselves living there, thus exciting them to stay awhile and write that offer!
You want someone who won't just put pretty furniture in and call it staged, you want a stager who will tailor the staging to your home specifically and sincerely wants to help you sell quickly and for top dollar. Understanding the selling process can be a quite stressful and overwhelming experience, so their professional and empathetic nature are invaluable in the process of selling a home.
